The Market - Röda Sten

Sommar, sommar, sommar..
Vid sidan av salta bad har jag sålt mina egenhändigt gjorda saker två gånger på marknaden vid Röda Sten i sommar. Vädret har varit härligt om än nästan lite för varmt första helgen i juli.
Det jag har haft med mig på marknaden har varit mina plushies blandat med smycken och nyckelringar samt en del av min konst.

Jag har fått en massa härlig respons och det har varit inspirerande att se alla de andra duktiga konstnärer som också haft sina stånd där. Nästa tillfälle att besöka mig där är den 12 eller 13 augusti, då jag kommer att dela tält med min kompis Isa. Hon är väldigt duktig och utlovar bl.a. portmonnäer och smycken. Kom gärna och besök oss!

I´ve been selling my things at The Market at Röda Sten twice this month and I will be there also on the 12 and 13 of August. This time with my friend Isa. It has been great so far and I´ve been gettting a lot of great respons on my things.

Spent last weekend on making a whole bunch of these little plushies. Ruben and Ralf were two of them.

3 in 1 necklace

This is a necklace that can easily become a bracelet. I spent a few hours in the sun today making this necklace. I love my balcony! And I love the final result!

I thought I needed to do something else than green so this time it turned out blue.

Green bracelet

My first try at a bracelet with pendants.
Min brors flickvän hade ett "pärlparty" hemma hos sig. (Som tupperware fast med smyckestillverkning!) Detta blev vad jag kom hem med efter ett par svettiga timmar. Vi hade nog lite prestationsångest hela bunten och en del fick lösa ut sina skapelser för dyra pengar. Jag blev nöjd med mitt armband både vad det gäller stil som pris som tur var!!

This necklace I made for Cecilia. It´s very similar to the last one but without the toggle lock.

I have been making some jewelry and this is my newest piece. A green necklace - cause green is my favorite colour! I made it a bit springish with the flowers, leaf and the tiny butterfly.

This weekend I´ve been busy doing these two caracters that I named Rolf and Rutger. Don´t ask me why - the names just popped up, but I think it suits them. Maybe I stick to the R names. A new one is on the way and this time I think it´s going to be a girl.

Påskafton

Delsjön påskafton. Beautyful day, a little cold but warm in the sun. Took a 3 hour walk(fika included) with linda and Mikaela. Bertilssons fik was open!! Lucky us..

Rupert

Last night I made this little fellow. Thought I name him Rupert and he doesn´t seem to mind. The flowers in the background was expensive (60 kronor) but they turned out to be worth every penny I think. I just love these kind!!!

My crochet darlings!

I made this little bear a few months ago and I just finished the chicken tonight. They look kinda sweet don´t they. I´m not sure wether to put wings on the chicken or not though. What do you think?

Flowers makes a girl happy!

Last weekend Cissi and I bought flowers from a wonderful place where they cut the tulips straight off from where they were growing. I fell for these ones . I forgot the name but they have been the most amazing tulips that I have ever seen.. not bad.

April fool

We took a little road trip to my grandparents the west coast. The weather wasn´t that great but it was really nice and relaxing. I just love these part of sweden.

This photo I took last weekend visiting my grandparents. Like a twin flower. Hopefully a good sign and that spring is finally on its way. I don´t think that I have waited for it as much as this year in a long long time.
